2. Data We Collect

HeroPulse processes only aggregate, anonymous metrics to assist developers in understanding website performance, including:

• Page path and URL visited (e.g. /guide)
• Referring domain (e.g. t.co, google.com)
• Generic device category (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet) and screen resolution
• Anonymous, ephemeral session hashes stored in memory to calculate unique visitor counts without tracking persistent user identity
• Aggregated conversion events (e.g. button clicks and form unlocks)

3. Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, PECR)

Because HeroPulse does not set persistent tracking cookies and does not collect personal data, websites powered by HeroPulse do not require cookie consent banners under EU GDPR and ePrivacy directives.
